Community Participation

One of the greatest recipes for a school's success is the active participation of all stakeholders. Studies have shown that principals who communicate with their community have more success in gaining public support, minimal parent criticisms, and higher student and parent engagement. To enhance community engagement and encourage active participation, school involved parents in following school activities-

1. Appointing them as members in VMC .
2. Conducting PTA meetings from time to time.
3. Involving them in different CCA activities, exhibitions etc.
4. Involved in a local excursion trip.
5. Through scout and guide activities –awareness rallies on aids, save water, save environment etc.
6. Involved in admission as per KVS guideline. draw of lottery class1 and balvatika -3
7. Involved them in the celebration of important days like-grand parent day, yoga day, women’s day etc.
8. Inviting them on the occasion of Sport day ,Annual day, Independence day ,Republic day etc.
9. By keeping in touch with them through What’s app, mobile phone, facebook ,you tube, school students diary etc.
10. Participation with neighboring school
